I was reading articles and blog posts about the death of Oscar Grant, who was killed by BART police officer Johannes Mehserle, when I came across a blog post by Michael Crook.
As a human being and a member of minority races, I’m strongly offended by his opinion about the murder.
As a journalism student, I’m supposed to be objective but I honestly can’t do that here.
I can’t even get mad at this guy… I pity him, though.
Maybe it’s because I live in California, but it’s sad (and scary) how people continue to be driven by racist theologies in 2009.

I’m with you. He was trolling and self promoting on a memorial page for those of Flight 3407. I live in the area, knew people on the plane and yet he snagged me. Enraged me. Learned all about him and his path of chaos. Now he is going after officers killed in the line of duty in Philadelphia.
I’d be the first to raise the flag for free speech and journalism, but there is a line. A line he sits across mocks and taunts you from. I wish there was something that could be done. Sitting here and mocking him does not make one feel any better, as you have to drop to a level equal to his. I don’t feel right in being there at such a level.
I am simply befuddled in what does a person have to be to take such pride in hate and think their actions and ideas, at that level, are glorious and worthy?

Let me shed a little light on why he does this… Aside from the mental illness aspect.
Mikey is a failure. He has NOTHING to show for his success with the exception of the rage he causes in others.
He has fathered children but does not have access to any. He has been married but the fist marriage ended in about 6 months because his wife beat him.
He failed to pass muster when he joined the army… bootcamp dumped him.
He can’t hold a job, and he has tried unsuccessfuly to sue more than one person. He gets destroyed.
The list is a mile long. The guy is a complete failure. That is why he hates the rest of the world.

Michael Crook is anti-police as he is anti-Black, anti-Semitic, anti-American, anti-military, and anti-gay. He is also an admirer of Fred Phelps and Westboro Baptist Church, despite the fact the is pro-abortion and divorced three times.
